Our Story

An engineer came home. And learned to dry a fruit properly.

In 2008, Vivek S returned to Salem and saw that amla candy was often fermented, pale, and sour-smelling. He studied the process, came back, and built Vivazest around one rule: keep the fruit honest.

Today, retailers and wholesale partners across India recommend Vivazest, while customers beyond India continue to discover the same careful batches.
